Learn is a song which was written music first, in an effort to really incorporate some infectious grooves throughout its varied rhythmical elements. Particularly the instrumental section in the middle, which has a beat I find all but impossible not to nod along to. I experimented more than usual with incorporating different instrumentation using some synth along with brass in attempt to broaden the auditory spectrum.
Lyrically it is a fairly simple song dedicated to the need for people to be open minded and teachable in order to be a well rounded and knowledgable individual.
